Sometimes the simplest things are the most gratifying. I made this choker from a scrap of lace, plaid ribbon and pleather grommet tape (not visible is the ribbon-crimp closure) literally minutes before leaving for the event to which I wore it. The plaid ribbon almost perfectly matches my knee-high plaid boots -- I was going to say "as a bonus," but that's why I BOUGHT the ribbon.
